Scheduled Events for 2009:

February 5th: Green Business Fair - Offering over a dozen business participants, including "green" carpet cleaning, organic farms, natural preventive health care, solar products, fair-trade gifts, "greening" your home, and much more. First Universalist Society, 262 Chestnut Street, Franklin. 7-9pm.

April 3rd:  Reopening for the season

April 22nd: Fourth Annual Earth Day Celebration.  Off-site educator/vendor at UMass Medical School, Worcester. 9am-4pm.

May 3rd: Silpada Silver and Gold Event - Just in time for Mother’s Day: Bring in your old gold jewelry, have it evaluated by a certified gold buyer and get cash on the spot. Treat yourself or mom to something with your new found money and still go home with cash!  1-3pm

May 10th: Mother's Day Tea -
Bring mom in for a traditional afternoon pot of tea and sweet treat to eat.  Relax at our new tables inside, or sit outside at our picnic tables.  1-3pm

May 15th: National Chocolate Chip Day -
all day Friday: Purchase any one of our five chocolate chip ice creams and get a second cone/cup of any flavor at 50% off (equal or lesser value). 

May 17 - 23: National Old Friend / New Friends Week -
Spring is in the air!  Sweetwilliam Farm is a great place to meet and catch up with friends.  Bring in a friend and purchase any one of our sixteen ice creams and get a second cone/cup of any flavor at 50% off (equal or lesser value).

May 25th: Cookie Monster's Birthday - all day Monday: Fun for the kids!  We’re celebrating Cookie Monster’s Birthday in a fun way, purchase our all ready popular ‘Monster Mash’ ice cream and get a second cone/cup of any flavor at 50% off (equal or lesser value).  Monster Mash is a delicious vanilla ice cream with Oreo cookie pieces, M&M’s, malted milk balls, & caramel swirl.  An ice cream the Cookie Monster would surely enjoy!


June - August: Sweet Summer Nights Music Concert Series: Friday nights, 7:00-8:30pm

June is National Dairy Month : 
We have a new line of Vermont farm fresh cheese; Londonderry Reserve, Equinox, Smoked Cambridge, Farmhouse Jack, Firehouse Jack & marinated Feta.

June 12th: Father's Day - 
treat dad to an ice cream.  Buy one, get second ice cream of equal or lesser value at 50% off.

June 
11-14th: Superman Week, each day.  It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s kids flying kites!  Kite flying season is upon us.  Come decorate your own kite, take advantage of our wonderful breeze and fly our kites like superman.  $2.00 per kite.

June 25 - 28: National Watermelon Seed Spitting Week: 
Come in anytime during this time and take a ‘spit’ at it.  Whoever can spit a watermelon seed the farthest will receive a voucher good for one free ice cream.

June 26th: National Ugly Dog Day:
What else is there to do, but have an ugly dog contest? To enter, bring in a picture of an ugly dog.  The winner will receive a voucher good for one free ice cream.

August 23rd: Happy 6th Birthday!

September 12th: Fourth Annual Music Festival: 1:00 - 6:30pm live music all afternoon!

September 19th & 20th: Fourth Annual Intertribal Powwow

October 10th-12th: Fifth Annual Footsteps in History Weekend - Celebrating the past, present & future...Hay rides, live music, food, apple bobbing, pumpkin carving, butter making demo, cider making demo, time capsule and more...all three days noon - 4pm

November & December Weekends:
Children’s gift days – Children can come an make their own gifts to give their parents, relatives or teachers. Jewelry, ornaments, and decorations.

November ?: Last day to order free range, farm fresh and/or organic turkeys for Thanksgiving.

November ?: Last day to order Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Blueberry Pie, Bread & Rolls for Thanksgiving.

December 5th & 6th:
